Embark on a complete journey through the world of cocoa and create your own chocolate bar. In this workshop, you will discover how cocoa is grown, the different varieties that exist, and how it is transformed, step by step, into specialty bean to bar chocolate. You will be able to see and touch the cocoa fruit, taste its pulp, and get to know the beans and the production stages up close.
We will also explore the history of cocoa and its path to becoming a unique gastronomic product. To complete the experience, we will do a small tasting of origin chocolates to identify aromas, textures, and nuances.
The activity culminates with the most special part: you will make your own chocolate bar, which you can take home as a souvenir of a sensory, educational, and delicious workshop.
