1. Go to Vizitio’s homepage and click on the top right icon **“Sign Up”**.
2. Fill in the required fields in the registration form. Make sure the information is correct.
3. Select the option **“I am a host”**.
4. Check your inbox (and also your spam or promotions folder) in the email you provided.
5. Open the confirmation email and click on the **“Confirm Account”** button.
6. Once confirmed, you will have access to your host dashboard and can start publishing your activities.
**Tip:** Use an email address that you check regularly, as you will receive notifications about bookings, important communications with your clients, and also information from Vizitio.
If you already have a host account, you can easily access your dashboard to manage all your activities and bookings.
**Steps to log in:**
1. Go to Vizitio’s homepage and click on the top right icon **“Log In”**.
2. Enter the email address and password you registered with.
3. Click on **“Log In”**.
4. Once inside, you will have access to your **host dashboard**, where you can manage activities, bookings, payments, and statistics.
A complete profile builds trust with clients and increases your chances of getting bookings.
**Steps to complete your profile**:
1. **Log in** to your host account on Vizitio.
2. Click on the top right icon and select **“Profile”**.
3. Add, review, or update your personal information and profile picture (a professional image is recommended).
4. Click on **“Save changes”** to update your information.
Changing your password on Vizitio is a quick process that helps keep your account secure. Whenever you need, you can update it from your profile in just a few steps:
**Steps to change your password:**
1. Log in to your Vizitio host account.
2. Go to the top right icon and select **“Profile”**.
3. Click on **“Change password**”.
4. Enter your current password and the new password you want to use.
5. Click on **“Save”** to confirm the change.
**Tip:** Choose a strong password that combines letters, numbers, and symbols, and avoid using the same one across different platforms.
Creating your first activity on Vizitio is simple. You only need to fill in a few fields, and in just a few minutes your experience will be ready to receive bookings.
**Steps to publish your first activity:**
1. Log in to your host account on Vizitio.
2. Click on the top right icon **“Log In”** (if you don’t have an account yet, select **“Sign Up”**).
3. In your dashboard, click on **“Publish activity”**.
4. Fill in the drop-down sections with the basic information (category, photos, type of activity, duration, etc.).
**Important sections!!!**
- In the **"photos"** section, upload at least 4 images or videos that clearly represent the experience.
- In the **"details"** section, write a short summary to grab users’ attention and a complete description that explains what the experience will be like.
- In the **"Add the types of tickets you want"** section, select all the ticket types you offer and their prices.
- In the **"When does the activity start?"** section, specify the start date, available days, schedules, and number of spots per ticket type.
If you need to change any details of your activity (prices, schedules, photos, or description), you can do so at any time.
**Steps to edit an activity**:
1. **Log in to your host account** on Vizitio.
2. Go to the **“My Activities”** section.
3. **Select the activity** you want to modify.
4. Make the necessary changes from the **“Edit Information”** panel on the right-hand side of the screen (text, images, prices, etc.).
5. When you're done, **preview your activity** to make sure everything looks correct.
6. Click **“Submit for validation”** to save and update your changes.
The **“My Sales”** section allows you to easily manage all your activity bookings. Here you can see who has purchased, how many tickets have been sold, the booking status, and you can download the tickets to validate them on the day of the activity.
**Steps to view your activity sales:**
1. **Log in to your host account** on Vizitio.
2. Go to the **“My Sales”** section.
3. You will see a table with all your activity bookings, along with the most important information for each one.
**Information you will find in the table:**
Each row in the table corresponds to a specific booking and contains the following data:
- **Activity name**: the title of the experience that has been booked.
- **Type of ticket sold:** specifies the type of ticket purchased from those available for your activity.
- **Date and time of the session**: indicates when the activity will take place.
- **Buyer:** name of the person who made the booking.
- **Email address:** buyer’s contact address, useful for prior communication if needed.
- **Tickets sold:** number of seats reserved in that purchase.
- **Booking status:** shows if the payment is confirmed or pending.
- **Booking code:** unique identifier of the operation within Vizitio.
- **Ticket codes:** individual codes validated on the day of the activity.
- **Downloadable ticket:** File that you can download from the button located on the right side of each row. This ticket is used for scanning and contains all the necessary data to confirm the booking quickly and easily.
If you don’t want to receive bookings for a while, you can pause your activity without deleting it.
**Steps to pause an activity:**
1. **Log in to your host account** of Vizitio.
2. In **“My Activities”**, select the activity.
3. Click **“Deactivate”**. You can reactivate it anytime from the same panel!
To securely collect payments for your bookings, Vizitio uses Stripe Express, one of the most reliable payment platforms. The registration is simple and can be completed in a few minutes.
**Steps to register with Stripe from Vizitio:**
1. **Log in** to your Vizitio host account.
2. Go to your profile and **scroll down to the “Business & Finance”** section.
3. Click on **“Set up now”**.
4. Three options will appear on the screen, and you must choose the one that best represents you: Company, Freelancer, or Non-profit.
Next, Stri**pe will ask you for some basic information:**
- First, **enter your email address and phone number.** The system will send a verification code to your mobile, which you must confirm to continue with the registration.
- Then, **complete the information** about your activity and payment. **REMEMBER!:** The information you provide must be truthful and match your official tax data.
**Once completed, your account will be connected**, and you will be able to receive payments for your bookings automatically.
If you already have a Stripe account, there is no need to create a new one to use Vizitio. When you scroll down to the **“Business & Finance”** section of your profile and click **“Set up now”**, Stripe will ask for your email address.
**At that point, you just need to:**
1. **Enter the email address** associated with your existing Stripe account.
2. **Complete the verification steps.**
Once the information is confirmed, your account will be automatically linked to Vizitio and you will be able to receive your payments without duplicating information.
**Vizitio Note:** make sure to always use the correct Stripe email, otherwise the system will not be able to link your account.
If you have any issues with your account or transactions, first check that you have completed all the verification steps in your profile.
If the problem persists, access the **Stripe Help Center** or contact their support directly from your dashboard.
When you access your Stripe account from Vizitio, you'll see a main dashboard with all the information related to your payments and transactions. Here's what each section means:
**View your recent earnings:**
At the top, you'll see a summary of your **"Recent earnings"**.
It shows the total **amount earned during the selected period** (for example, last month or last year).
A chart is also displayed showing your **revenue growth over time**, helping you visualize how your sales are increasing.
**Check your total balance:**
On the right-hand side, you’ll see the **"Total balance"**, which is the total amount accumulated in your Stripe account.
-** Available to pay out:** this is the amount already available to transfer to your bank account.
- **Next payout scheduled:** shows the date of your next scheduled payout.
**Review recent payments:**
- In the **"Recent Payments"** section, you'll find a list of the latest transactions received from Vizitio.
*Each row will show:*
- The transaction date.
- The status (paid, pending, or refunded).
- The payment source.
- The amount received.
**Track your transfers:**
Further down, in **"Recent Payments"**, you’ll find the history of transfers that Stripe has already sent to your bank account.
*Here you can review:*
- The date of the transfer.
- Its status (completed or pending).
-The destination bank account.
- The amount transferred.
**Activity and notifications**
In the **"Activity"** section, you'll see additional movements or notifications related to your account. It's useful for spotting issues or confirming that everything is running smoothly.
Signing up for Vizitio is quick and easy. With your user account, you’ll be able to book and enjoy unique experiences on the platform.
1. Go to the Vizitio homepage and click the **“Sign up”** icon in the top right corner.

From that moment on, **you’ll be able to book activities and navigate freely through Vizitio** (you can also explore the platform without logging in, but you’ll need an account to confirm your bookings).

When you enter Vizitio, the first thing you’ll see is the search bar and featured categories. This is where your experience begins.
- If you already have an idea in mind,** type a keyword in the search bar** of what you want to do (for example, “karts”).
- If you prefer to discover options,** explore the available categories** (adventure, gastronomy, workshops, etc.) and let them inspire you.
Click on the activity that catches your attention to see all the details: photos, description, location, and schedules. From there, you can securely purchase your ticket.
**Tip:** Take your time browsing. Sometimes the best experience comes when you explore a category you hadn’t imagined.
Booking on Vizitio is quick and easy. In just a few steps, you’ll have your spot secured for the experience you choose.
**Steps to book:**
1. **Go to Vizitio** and search for the activity you want to enjoy.
2. Click on the activity to see all the details: photos, description, location, schedules, and prices.
3. Select the date, time, and type of ticket that works best for you.
4. Click **“Book”**.
5. **Fill in the required details** and make your payment securely.
**What happens next:**
- **You’ll receive a confirmation email** with all the details of your booking.
- You’ll also find the activity in your profile, under **“My bookings”**.
On the day of your experience, just show your ticket or confirm your name with the host.
**Tip:** Double-check the dates, cancellation policy, and number of tickets before confirming. This way, you’ll avoid any misunderstandings.
On Vizitio, you can always check what you have coming up, which activities you’ve already enjoyed, and which ones have been cancelled. Everything is organized in your account so you can manage your plans quickly and easily.
1. Go to your Vizitio account and enter the **“My bookings”** section.
2. **There you’ll find all your reservations and their status:** Upcoming, completed, and cancelled.
At the moment, it’s not possible to change the date directly from the platform, but you have these options:
- **Contact the host** to request a new date or time (do it in advance so the host can offer you alternatives).
- **Cancel the booking and make a new one** for the date you prefer.
**If what you want is to fully cancel your booking, the process is very simple:**
1. **Log in to Vizitio** with your username and password.
2. Go to the **“My bookings”** section.
3. **Select the activity** you want to cancel.
4. Click **“Cancel”** and confirm the action.
**Important!:** When cancelling an activity, always take into account the applicable cancellation policy.
If a host cancels your activity, **you’ll receive an automatic email with the notification and the corresponding refund.** You don’t need to do anything: Vizitio will handle it for you.
Tip: Check your email and your bank account in the following days to make sure everything is correct.
On Vizitio, each activity has its own cancellation policy, defined by the host when publishing it. This is important because not all bookings have the same conditions: some allow refunds and others don’t.
**Standard:** the customer can **cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the activity starts** (according to local time) and will receive a full refund through the same payment method used. After that deadline, no refunds will be issued.
**Final sale:** the purchase is final. Once the booking is made, there is no possibility of refund or cancellation, regardless of the reason.
Rating an experience means sharing your voice within Vizitio. Your reviews help other users decide and help hosts improve their activities. Here’s how to leave and check your reviews.
How to leave a review on Vizitio
Leaving your opinion about an experience on Vizitio is very easy and only takes a few minutes.
1. **Log in** to your account.
2. Go to the **“My bookings”** section.
3. Find the activity marked as **“Completed”**.
4. Click **“Write a review”** in the top right corner.
All the reviews you write will be linked to the activities you’ve completed. You’ll be able to see them on each activity’s page, within the reviews section.
