What do we do?

This activity is much more than a tasting: it is a journey to the heart of our senses and perceptions. We invite you to live a unique gastronomic experience, where you will understand how the brain interprets (and sometimes distorts) what we perceive, and how our senses connect with each other in unsuspected ways.

Through participatory dynamics and innovative culinary proposals, you will experience how colors, textures, aromas and sounds influence taste. Not only will you taste flavors, but you will also feel, observe and reflect on how we perceive what we eat.

Designed for a minimum of 4 people, this activity is ideal for small groups looking for a different way to enjoy gastronomy, learning and being surprised at every step. An experience to live with all your senses... even the ones you didn't know you had.
