What do we do?

Do you want to try sports apnea? We offer you a unique experience where you can experience the sensations of this sport with total safety and in a controlled environment.

Close your eyes, focus on your breathing, and seek mental disconnection—these are the keys to holding your breath. It's not about suffering, but about controlling your body through breathing and the mind. The result? New sensations that will not leave you indifferent, and most likely you will be surprised by what you are capable of doing just by breathing and relaxing.

You will be accompanied at all times by an instructor with extensive experience, who will guide you in discovering this exciting sport that is becoming more and more popular every day.
