What do we do?

The experience begins with a guided walk through the vineyards around the winery, where we will introduce you to the specifics of our winemaking practice and the philosophy behind our entire production process, from the vineyard to the glass. We will continue by visiting our biodynamic garden and finish at the winery, where we will explain the secrets of winemaking. We will also conduct a guided tasting of 3 of our wines, helping you distinguish the character of each and discover their most special organoleptic characteristics.

We will conclude the experience with a Mediterranean lunch featuring local products near our vineyards. We will start with local artisan cheeses and cold cuts, as well as a fresh seasonal salad. We will round off the meal with a paella or fideuà that brings the Mediterranean flavors that characterize us. All this immersed in the tranquility of the surrounding vineyards and forests.
