Immerse yourself in a dynamic culinary experience where you’ll cook a full five-course meal using fresh ingredients from Barcelona’s iconic La Boqueria market. Led by bilingual chefs with over 12 years of teaching experience, you’ll learn to create Mediterranean tapas, classic Tomato Bread, a rich seafood paella, and a creamy Catalan dessert—all in a welcoming, sustainable setting suitable for all skill levels.
The session begins with a traditional Catalan pica-pica featuring Manchego cheese, fuet, and Spanish olives. Throughout the experience, you’ll enjoy unlimited premium wines from the family’s own vineyards in Rioja and Ribeira Sacra, carefully paired to complement each dish. You’ll also receive a welcome glass of cava, access to a digital recipe book, and use of an apron during the class.
The menu can be adapted to dietary preferences—just let us know in advance. A perfect way to explore, cook, and enjoy the best of Catalan cuisine in the heart of Barcelona.
