What do we do?

Qi Gong (or chi-kung) is an ancient Chinese body art that helps restore the balance of our health through harmonious movements performed with awareness and concentration, accompanied by breathing.

The practice of Qi Gong allows you to feel relaxed, with a sense of energy and peace. By repeating the same movements for a few minutes, we enter a state of moving meditation.

After a session, we generally feel lighter, rejuvenated, filled with a calm yet powerful energy.
