At Ca la Teresona we want to share with you our charcuterie tradition of more than 6 generations. That is why we have a space in our workshop where we invite you to learn how to make artisanal sausage.

It involves making a small demonstration of how the meat is prepared, how it is stuffed, tied, and left to dry.

In this demonstration, you will be able to make your own fuet, label it with your name, and hang it in our drying room. You will also be able to monitor the drying process through our FuetCam and come to pick it up in a few days.

Additionally, you can enjoy a small tasting of Ca la Teresona's products.
