Looking for an authentic Penedès wine experience? This activity invites you to explore Xarel·lo, the region’s most emblematic and versatile grape variety. The tour begins with a guided visit to the vineyard, where you'll learn about the winery’s history, the local terroir, and their organic and biodynamic farming practices. Then, continue with a behind-the-scenes look at the artisanal winemaking process.
The highlight is a guided tasting of 6 different expressions of Xarel·lo — from the ancestral method Pèt-Nat to barrel-aged and skin-contact wines. A rich and technical experience for wine lovers who want to dive deeper into varietal identity.
