This experience combines nature, tradition, and gastronomy through a guided walk to learn about the plants used in making ratafia. During the activity, you will discover what this traditional drink is, how it is made, and which natural ingredients provide its characteristic aromas, flavors, and properties.

Throughout the route, you will identify and collect various aromatic, medicinal, and culinary plants, learning about the role they can play in the recipe. After a small tasting and explanation, you will evaluate which proportions work best to achieve a good homemade ratafia.

The most special part of the activity is that each participant can customize their own blend, enhancing the tastes, aromas, or properties they like the most. With an appropriate container and the desired amount of alcohol, you will prepare your own ratafia to macerate at home.

Important: you must bring a glass container slightly larger than the amount of ratafia you want to make.
