In Subirats, in the heart of Penedès, enjoy a guided tour of a typical Catalan estate dating back to 1600, surrounded by vineyards and forest with views of the Monastery of St. Sebastià dels Gorgs.

We will start the visit with a walk among the vineyards and, upon reaching the viewpoint, enjoying the views and colors offered by the landscape of the Ordal slopes, we will have the first glass of wine.

We will continue to learn about the history of the winery and the family, the philosophy and fundamental pillars in the care of the vineyard and the production of all wines and sparkling wines following a biodynamic philosophy, respecting nature and the ecology of the environment.

To finish, we will taste 3 wines and/or sparkling wines accompanied by an appetizer.
