The Apnea Baptism at Sea is a comprehensive introduction, perfect for beginners who want to discover something unique in Barcelona.

It starts at our Vertical Freediving center with a brief theoretical session where you will learn about breathing, relaxation, safety, and how the body and mind respond underwater. All apnea equipment is included.

Afterwards, you will board directly from the port and head out to sea, from where you will have a magnificent view of the Barcelona coast. Guided by experienced instructors, controlled descents and your first vertical dives in a safe and accompanied environment.

No previous experience is needed, just knowing how to swim and being curious. You will discover that apnea is not just about holding your breath, but about relaxing, trusting, and flowing.

After the session, you can shower, relax, and share the experience. Additionally, we offer a special discount for those who wish to continue with official apnea courses.
