Experience one of the great classics of Catalan hiking with this guided ascent to Pedraforca from Gósol, an experience that will allow you to discover one of Catalonia's most emblematic mountains surrounded by spectacular landscapes.
The route starts in the picturesque village of Gósol, from where we will begin a journey of approximately 6 hours and 1,100 meters of positive elevation gain, always at a calm pace adapted to the group. The first kilometers pass through farmland and mountain forests before entering increasingly alpine terrain.
As we gain altitude, the landscape transforms and the scree slopes become the main feature of the route. During the ascent, it is common to see chamois moving agilely among the rocks while enjoying impressive panoramic views of Cadí, Berguedà, and the Pyrenees.
We will reach the legendary Enforcadura, the pass that separates the Upper Pollegó from the Lower Pollegó, one of the most iconic spots of the massif. From here, we will face the final section through a gully where, in some points, it will be necessary to use your hands until reaching the summit of Pedraforca (2,506 m).
An ideal experience for hikers with good physical condition who want to conquer one of the country's most emblematic mountains with the safety and accompaniment of a professional guide.
