Step into an engaging and friendly cooking class where you'll prepare a traditional four-course Spanish menu using fresh, local ingredients. Perfect for all skill levels, this hands-on experience is guided by professionally trained bilingual chefs with over 12 years of teaching expertise. The menu features a seasonal starter soup, Spanish tortilla, classic Tomato Bread, a flavorful Seafood Paella (with chicken paella served on Mondays and holidays), and a creamy Catalan dessert.
After cooking, you’ll sit down to enjoy the full meal, expertly paired with unlimited premium wines from D.O. Rioja and D.O. Ribeira Sacra, selected to enhance each dish. Set in a welcoming, sustainable environment with views over Las Ramblas, this experience offers more than just great food—it’s a true taste of Spanish culture.
The class includes all ingredients, use of an apron, a glass of cava, and access to a digital recipe book. Menus are adaptable to dietary needs—just let us know in advance. Whether you're a curious beginner or a seasoned foodie, this is a culinary journey not to miss.
