To close, a coaching session is held that allows you to become aware of what was experienced, put it into words, and find emotional clarity. It is an intimate, respectful, and transformative space, where the process is accompanied with presence and empathy.

The experience ends with a small aromatic detail or a seasonal fruit, to integrate the process with sweetness and continue taking care of yourself afterward.
