The Solés Factory preserves the oldest facilities of the salting factories in L'Escala, adapted to current needs without losing the essence and traditional techniques passed down through generations.

During the visit, you will tour the museum using an audio guide available in 7 languages, which explains in an engaging and interactive way the history of the company and the production process of the famous anchovies of L'Escala. You will discover all stages of the process, from fish selection to artisanal preparation, as well as learn about other gastronomic products made by the company.

The experience ends with a tasting of Solés products on the pleasant Solés Chill-Out terrace, a perfect space to savor the quality and tradition of one of the most recognized canneries of the Costa Brava.
