Clos Pachem, founded in Gratallops in 2015 by Michel Grupper, is much more than a winery: it is a story of family, territory, and commitment to sustainability. The name is an acronym of its three children (Paul, Charles, and Emma), reflecting the human and personal soul of the project.
The visit begins with an introduction to the project and the winemaking history of Priorat, followed by a tour of the vinification and aging room, cooled in a 100% natural and efficient way.
The experience culminates with a guided tasting of 4 wines (1 white and 3 reds) that are subtle, fresh, and elegant, in an idyllic space designed to connect with the wine and the landscape. Ideal for wine lovers, sustainability enthusiasts, and soulful architecture fans.
