Clos Pachem, founded in 2015 by Michel Grupper in the village of Gratallops, is a winery born from a deep connection to family, landscape, and sustainable winemaking. The name combines the initials of his children — Paul, Charles, and Emma — reflecting the project's personal and human essence.
The visit begins with an introduction to the project and the history of the Priorat region, followed by a tour of the vinification and aging rooms, which are cooled using a completely natural and sustainable system.
The experience ends with a guided tasting of 4 wines (1 white and 3 reds) that express the elegance, freshness, and subtlety of the terroir. A perfect experience for lovers of wine, sustainability, and thoughtful architecture.
