What do we do?

With the help of a guide, you can relive how people lived and worked in one of the textile colonies that were established on the banks of the Llobregat River during the last third of the 19th century and the early 20th century.

Colònia Vidal is more than a factory and more than just housing. During the visit, a set of spaces that were part of the life and work of its inhabitants are introduced. In all of them, the experiences and lives of the Vidal residents took place.

The colony model is understandable because the spaces survive, because the visitor relives situations and experiences of a textile colony. Smells, noises, and sensations invite you to put yourself in the shoes of those who personally lived a pivotal moment in history.
