The Terra Museum (of the Carulla Foundation) explores through its permanent exhibition the material and immaterial heritage that testifies to what life was like in the rural world before the second industrial revolution and helps us understand the present and imagine more sustainable futures.
In a museographic space of 5,500 m², the Terra Museum is one of the country's leading ethnological museums. It has an extensive permanent exhibition that allows you to learn about what life was like in the rural world of Catalonia, and by extension, in the Mediterranean; before the industrial revolution, what it is like today, and what it could be in the future.
It features a large ethnobotanical garden that transforms into a magnificent recreational and educational space dedicated to preserving ancestral knowledge about plants and garden products.
